This is a great dealership. I have leased two cars from them and will not go anywhere else to get a car or get mine serviced. I continue to be impressed with the high quality service and professional staff, particularly wirh the general manger Alex K. He is extremely fair and accommodating, always putting his costumers first!

If you are looking for the best deal for a Toyota, Toyota of Watertown is the place to go. I have only had positive experiences with the manager, Adam Skolnick. Adam and his entire staff take passion in their job, and treat their customers with loyalty. When purchasing a Toyota, you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, by going to their dealership. I have been going to Toyota of Watertown for about 25 years. I bought all my cars there because I got a fair deal and felt like I wasn't trying to be ripped off. The other reason, and this is a big one, why I go there is because of the service department. Think of it this way. You buy the car once but your service goes on for years. In all these years, I feel this is the best service department around. I have worked with Kamel for years and he has taken care of my car, my wife's and my children's cars. He tells me what I need and doesn't try to up sell me on stuff I don't. How many places you go are like that? They fix my car right, they do it in a reasonable time and I totally trust Kamel to tell me what I need. No one wants to hear that they have to pay for a repair but it's reality. As long as it's something that is necessary. Again, Kamel, thanks..you and the service guys deserve praise and have earned my 5 stars.

My experience at the Toyota Dealership of Watertown would have to be the best because I came out without a new car. Felix Rodriguez was the salesman who sold me my first car and he was a joy. He really knew what he was saying and made me feel comfortable about the car I was purchasing. So overall the service and experience at Toyota of Watertown was a great one.

If you are going to buy a used car here, make sure you go to Alex. He is super straight forward, helps you without pressuring you (no emailing every day or calling like a pre-restraining order ex). I was looking for a cross over and he took me out in 5 models before i figured out what direction i was going in. He didn't try to up-sell me. In fact I asked to drive 2 trucks that were in a higher price range than I had originally intended to spend. I bought one of those.

He got me a sh!t ton of money for my sh!t box car, and sold me my new truck for $1,500 under sticker. Then the Finance guy, Jay, who was fantastic, helped me figure out my payments, got me a rate 1.5 points lower than i had expected (rebuilding a credit score here) and everything was said and done in like 15 minutes.

Easy peazy lemon squeezy. I'm picking up my new car today. Her name is Lux.

It had been almost twenty years since my husband and I bought a new car (which we bought at Toyota of Watertown) when we went to the dealer. I am normally a Nervous Nellie, and I was even more nervous at the thought of this big-sticker purchase. But Ed Sherrick put me at ease right away with his openness, friendliness and no-b.s. style. He showed my husband and me several models, and he had a good understanding of our needs. When we decided on a Corolla, we felt confident about our choice. Then when we returned to pick up the car, I thought, oh no, I'm actually going to have to learn how to drive this thing! I got nervous all over again. But Ed went over the dashboard and other matters with us, making the whole process clear and even fun. My husband and I were both very satisfied with the entire experience.

I bought a 2008 Scion Tc back in Oct 2007. This was the first Toyota Dealership that I went to during my car shopping and I bought the car right away. Great customer service and huge showroom. Can only comment on the sales department, but I had a great experience. I hadn't planned on signing papers the day I went in, but I was asked on arrival if I might be open to the idea. I responded that I guessed that it I was offered a deal I couldn't refuse, that I wouldn't. That's exactly what I got. Far better deal than I was offered at other Toyota dealerships in the area. Pickup of my car days later was also simple and organized on their part. My contact at the dealership gave me his cell phone number for any questions, and I appreciated that as well. I would definitely go to Toyota of Watertown again.
